The sector is not what matters. We work with companies that want to bring artificial intelligence into the way they work. We do it on the software they already use: an ERP, a CRM, technical software or spreadsheets. To know whether we are a fit, we look at three things: which programs are used, how information flows between them and which tasks take up most time.
When we are a fit
We can help you if these conditions apply in your company:
- The company has an ERP or a central program in use and wants to keep using it.
- There is data that moves by hand from one program to another: it is copied, typed again or exported to Excel.
- There is information that only one person knows: where a document is, which reference replaces another or how an earlier case was solved.
- You want to bring in artificial intelligence with a plan and with someone who answers for it, not with loose tools.
- Whoever makes the decisions can spare 30 minutes for a first call.

These situations show that we can help you:
- What arrives by email or WhatsApp (an order, a request, a document) is typed again into the ERP.
- The data from a technical program (a model, a quote, a drawing) is moved by hand to another one.
- Suppliers' price lists and catalogues are loaded by hand and late.
- The hours, costs and invoicing of each project are cross-checked in Excel at the end of the process.
- The company's documents are scattered and it is hard to find what has already been done.

We work from Barcelona. When the measurement requires it, we travel to your office. We work with you in Spanish, Catalan and English.
Questions
What if my sector does not appear in the examples?
It does not matter. If the same data is typed twice in different programs in your company, tell us and we will assess it.
Is there a minimum company size?
We do not set a number. If you have a central program in use and someone moves data by hand between programs, it is worth talking. If what your program already includes is enough, we will tell you.
