Whoever installs it, answers for it.
At Sanuy, every system we put into operation has Àlex Català Sanuy behind it, answering for it. Our commitments are in writing: a contract, human review and a reply within one working day at most. If something fails, you call us.
The founder
Àlex Català Sanuy, founder of Sanuy.
He founded Sanuy with a clear idea: that any company should be able to make the most of artificial intelligence on the software it already uses. And to do so with a measured plan and with someone who answers for what is installed. He studied International Communication and Media in Belgium and holds a higher technical diploma in Marketing and Advertising.
How we answer
The Sanuy team deals with you directly and puts what it agrees with you in writing:
- A person on the team deals with you, not an automatic system.
- Every month you receive a report with the measured results and we hold a 30-minute meeting.
- Support during working hours, with a reply within one working day at most.
- Languages: we work with you in Spanish, Catalan and English, and we also work in French.
