How we work

  1. 01 We measure

    For two weeks we measure how three of your company's tasks are done today, without changing anything.

  2. 02 Fixed price

    With that measurement we propose the improvements, each with its fixed price before we start.

  3. 03 Monthly fee with a report

    A monthly fee covers the maintenance and includes a report with the measured results.

Our principle is that "green" does not mean "done": a program marking a task as completed does not guarantee that it has been done well. That is why a person on your team confirms every piece of data that moves between programs and everything that commits the company. And there are decisions we never leave to a machine.
